What do Instructional Assistants Do?
We focus on your child and working in close communication with your child's teacher to integrate best practices for your child's learning. That means whether we are working one on one, in a small group or within the classroom setting, our goal is for your child to experience successful learning.
We also perform additional duties such as proctoring during testing for specific groups, preparing materials for school use, monitor students in the mornings and afternoons as well as substitute for your child's teacher when necessary. Each day is different and brings its own rewards. Thank you for allowing us to be a small part of your child's educational journey!
